Blimey..this month has whizzed by...well done to all those who abstained from the evil drink...personally, although i haven't really missed it i have 4 bottles of fullers ESB lined up and after work tomorrow i fully intend to gulp down at least three of em.

Think about sticking to certain drinks, eating properly before drinking or going out a bit later. If the carnage happens only when you drink with certain people then think about stopping drinking with them.
