Not going to happen, I started thinking about it, but Anubis and Poppydog picked 10 that must be in there between them (if not by track, then definitely by band). That's not even thinking about my pop and trance/techno days at either end of the decade.

1. Unfinished Sympathy - Massive Attack (by a mile)
Yeah, that's what I was thinking but I'd include at least 5 of your, and 5 of 5 other peoples' choices. I can't have 30. I pretty much know my top 15 (say), for the 60s, 70s and 80s, but not the 90s. I've just been listening to a ropey cheapo mix tape from 93 before I chuck it. Was Open Your Mind (Usura) when I started writing this, but now Mr Wendell (Arrested Development). I loved that good spirited hip hop (De La Soul et al). |
|
By:
I'd happily have put 2 or 3 from the Mondays/Black Grape ,the KLF or the Prodigy
but tried to give a cross section and also make my votes count. |
