Eric gets out of bed, to slightly open the window, to allow in an evening breeze
Ernie scolds 'You'll have sciatica in the morning' 'No, I won't. I'll have Shredded Wheat, the same as usual' quips Eric, as he gets back into their bed. |

Not all gay guys partake in that ( I don't know the % )....Stephen Fry said he never had on a documentary on homophobia in Africa (Uganda?)

when you ask this question 'who were the 1st couple to appear on tv in bed together' they will say morecambe and wise because at the time any kind of straight sex on tv was frowned upon by the bbc.ah how the bbc must of laughed when they let 2 'straight guys' appear on tv.
the actual answer for the 1st man and wife couple to appear on tv is not what you think it is (but i suppose at the time were they married in a sort of way but not like today ) |

I don't have kids.
Not strictly opposed to having them, but if they have 50% of my DNA, they'd probably be total c*nts, so probably best not to. |

It is incredible that anyone still cares. Does the Andre Preview sketch become more or less funny if it turns out Ernie was gay, Eric was left-handed or the second violinist was mildly asthmatic?

The 1970s would have been a very dark time without Morecambe and Wise
if one accepts the premise that 'Christmas' was invented to stop everyone over the age of 55 killing themselves in the winter |

don't think ernie was gay.
the andre previn sketch prob one of the best comedy sketches ever, when eric slaps previn's face pure comedy gold. |
