AG,
Rockin Horse posted earlier about the breakthrough, but alas I must get ready for work so I will watch the clip later. Not really a great suprise to me and like UFO's, I know for a fact that some have extra terrestrial life on board, but it may help those with closed minds to re-evaluate their entrenched positions.

Only twomatchpoints actually contributed on the original – giving information.
Reculver has already given an account on this thread & manxy has suplied fascinating footage on the Politics forum that I've never seen before:-

I must admit I skimmed through much of the silliness here so apologies if this has been pointed out, just humour me...

Why have English speaking aliens who clearly have mastered science to get here and decided to become 'guardians' chosen to use riddles to encourage some bedsit chap with no science knowledge to re-write science? They are so far advanced but dont have a 'complete idiots guide to the universe' for humans?

Dustybin,

Of all possible questions, don't you think that is the one that I've asked myself over & over, & despite all the good reasons I could come up with, it till this day doesn't entirely make sense to me either.

If what they told me was true & I must assume it is, then it would be pretty pointless asking a scientist to re-write science. Having read as much as I could about science, scientists & the way they write.
They seem a bit linear & very 'relative in their thought processes. Perhaps they needed a gambler & someone who naturally understood probability a more quantum cross conceptual & lateral approach.

As I have said I don’t think I was the only one, but I know how difficult it was to eventually, and after 15 years, be able to tell this story. What ever life others may have had before the Guardians, that would have had to of been sacrificed & they would have been driven close to insanity, not from the Guardians but from reaction from the people they knew best & were closest too.

Jumping ahead a bit but as was explained in the original  the Guardians communicate by coming down to our level of understanding & are forbidden by their protocols from giving direct information.

Don't know how you conclude that it gave me nothing – I knew nothing before the Guardians.
15 years ago I was broke had nothing not even a job & was living in a crappy bedsit. Now I own a successful fast food outlet & am in the process of opening my first restaurant in a neighboring town.
I live in a nice cottage in a beautiful village. It is what I learned from the Guardians though that made me who I am all the rest counts for absolutely nothing – so what have you done in the last 15years? - Don't understand why your so negative!

did they give you their mother's recipe?Laugh

I rather suspect they didnt come to give you cooking lesson etc, my point was...what of use have you learned/been told/shown etc from the experience that righted the wrongs of humainty (not bloody parochial improvements in fast food takeaway technology ffs)

Jumping ahead a bit but as was explained in the original  the Guardians communicate by coming down to our level of understanding & are forbidden by their protocols from giving direct information.

This is the first Ive seen of all this, you talk as though I should know this like its catherine cookson. Forbidden by protocol hey? sounds very much like the nonsense of religion using the unknown as a tool to me

ive already posted the sts80 footage here nl, months ago, no-one here including myself can explain it, there again no-one including myself think its aliens, however 'they' are self-powered, whatever 'they' are.

NL I have a few questions for you.
You haven't described what Castor & Pollux looked like, could you?
Do you have any evidence to support your claims? any pictures or did you palm any alien technology.
And does any of your new theories have any predictability capabilities?

Ask Castor and Pollux to explain what games they play on their planet.
If they can't come up with anything as sophisticated as chess or even scrabble then I'm sorry
but it's all froth and bubble.

Bobtoe & manxy,

What is most important to me isn't the reasons that the Guardians said they were here, to protect us from destroying ourselves etc, although fascinating, and in the 15 years I've never been able to find any
inconsistencies or flaws in what they claimed – indeed it all explains the Cold war, Space race, Moon landings, Sightings  etc.

Much more important was some of the implications of their science & philosophy (which to them are pretty much the same thing).
According to their version of 'Quantum Relativity' (which is different from ours) some of the most profound questions of our existence are answered.

Nothing can be 'singular' in a quantum relative universe.

Because, according to them quantum relativity governs everything from sub atomic quarks, too entire galaxy's, that means that the quantum aspects apply to our pro atomic relative world, just as the relative
applies to sub-atomic particles. It is that quantum 'no singularities' aspect  applied to intelligent thinking life, that means it is certain that other intelligent life exists throughout our galaxy & the universe as a whole, and can't be argued with. So even if you don't believe what I am telling you about Guardians, Castor & Pollux, if their science & philosophy are right, you have to accept that other intelligent life forms exist.

Similarly a human being can not have a 'singular' existence, there is practically always at least three component parts to any system, and our life system is no different. Whether its three realms of reality, Reincarnations or something else, or all those things – who knows, but you can not have one singular life.
So Bobtoe there's a couple of predictions to start with – there are other intelligent beings in the universe & you will live again after your death, those are certainties.

To briefly answer some of your other questions
They wouldn't let me photograph them for pretty much the same reason that they wouldn't come out to the town centre on a Sat Night and have a few beers. That would prove to all humanity that aliens exist & again their protocols forbid them giving direct information. Or who knows, maybe they just read Chit Chat & thought foreigners are not welcome here and made that excuse.

I do have some sketches I made of them in 1996 and will post them soon.
The other questions will be answered in the account.

burgess,

Funny you should mention 'games on their planet' - you must have read the first draft!
They have 'games' alright, although  they didn't look very sophisticated, but were a vital part of their life cycle.

For what it's worth saying very large things (relative) can be dictated to by the same rules as the ones that govern very small things that are their building blocks isn't anything more than common sense IMO.
It surly can not be the case that the rule changes at a given size, otherwise you'd have a point where everything has no rule whatsoever
Thing of that in your story
By:
dustybin
When: 26 Jan 13 06:04
....and before you say 'aha that proves' anything
It doesn't. You can't suggest that because theory about 2 rules is wrong is proof of your madcap story, since you're simply being ambiguous philosophising. Obviously we know something isn't complete in theory but the present model fits more than what sonny and Cher didn't tell you.
By:
dustybin
When: 26 Jan 13 06:16
Why not suggest that the rules of large things get governed by the same rules of small things but seem different by the collection of small things acting like a synapse that controls large things with a force like tendon?
After 15 years and meetings you don't actually suggest anything from what I've seen.

I dont like the prospect of ppl being ganged upon, especially if they might already be unhinged.
But people of this place wouldnt last very long if they were gullible. There are plenty of forums and conventions full of types that would subscribe to your stories, indeed if you actually wanted answers to science why wouldnt you seek help from the pros?
ofc thats not to suggest people should be regulated in the things they post, you are free to do as you wish...but you must equally expect derision

"incredulous" would be my chosen word for his stance.
