Plenty of cities in ENGLAND with no cathedrals, that rule was scrapped a few years ago.

Op go to Sardinia and have your theory shot down and ground into dust.The Sardos are almost always naturally dark haired and dark eyed but when the girls have their hair died some shade of blond they look stunning with that combo.
