If a girl of under 18 in USA is groomed to prostitute herself then it is classed as rape in USA. You must abide by the laws of the country you are in. There may be more to this that has not been revealed yet. Some mugs on here are not so bothered about the application of the law when it concerns the old dear's offspring. it said on Radio 5 last night that the Palace legal team will have grilled Andrew to make sure 100% there was no truth to the story, the palace would not have released any statements about the subject unless they were sure of his innocence

This is all about damage limitation to the royal family.
The stories of the royal families sex lives have been floating about on alternative media for years, so this story is nothing new to some of us. IMO, this has only come out now because Andrew is being blackmailed, proberley by Mossad. What we do know for certain, is Andrew will not see the inside of a court. There will be a massive psive PR on his part. Epstein will take the fall for this or have a convenient heart attack, whilst Ghislaine Maxwell will not doubt suffer the same fate as her Mossad controlled father. She should be questioned immediately by the authorities and shown live on tv. Btw, I'm not a royalist, and believe the Russians had the right idea when it comes to these parasites. |

Whatever the law in the US I doubt he will be extradited for something which would not be an offence in this country. Turkey has been trying to get hold of his ex-wife for years but have no chance as the offence is not recognised here. If it was non-consensual that would be a different matter but at the moment all that has happened is that he has been named as part of a CIVIL case brought against Epstein not him. It does appear Andrew is not a very nice piece of work and I am certainly no royalist,but at the moment there is not much in this imo.

This was the case where she was part of a team that secretly filmed the appalling conditions in a Turkish Orphanage. Children sedated and chained to their beds for example. It wasn't a case that 'the crime isn't recognised here' but more that the foreign office refused to extradite her because no crime had been committed. |
