Irchester is a legend .... his cost of tea bags thread was a classic read seem to remember him finding somewhere which sold a box of 160 tea bags for 28p. |
By:
Irchester was a good lad. One of the best on chitchat.

I'd like to add Ken Masters. Unusual, as unlike 99% of forumites, he is actually quite witty.
By:
There is no way Ken is going on the list. There are loads of witty people on here tbf. But Ken is the wittiest.

Tony Montana - all posts guaranteed to contain an element of homosexual erotic tension (slow asphyxiation, subduing assailants with chicken chokes, reverse mountings, etc
His "Noble Warriors" thread is just wet-yer-pants funny |
By:
which forumite coined the phrase "ship ship ship"?
By:
ps. "two chickens from morrisons for me tea"
By:
Lendusafiver must surely be on the list, for me.
By:
Feck N. Eejit should be on the list for his unswerving ability to completely miss the point whenever he has a rant about 'parasites'. Always very amusing for all the wrong reasons. (I believe someone else mentioned him earlier)
Also Sunset Cristo for his ability to home in on the word GOD whenever it's mentioned and then hijack the thread to spread his religious propaganda in a very unchristian manner. Definitely a very unusual god-botherer. |

mavis did the crossword clue
By:
Mavis also used to post those stream-of-consciousness news items about ear wax and vegetables.
By:
feck should be prime ministr imo
By:
Remember ....tonymontana did not write Noble Warriors but knicked it off another forum...

Dr Slicer - For his novel use of the English language, his armfulls of degrees, his medical speciality in people's anuses and that legendary 3 bet football system that may or may not exist! Great guy as well.
By:
There's a distinction of course, between unusual and interesting. Some desperately tiresome people on that list who are interesting only from a psychiatric viewpoint.

Thanks.

Just remembered, that serial pantsh itter:
Armchair Jockey Wilson? |

Anyone remember Teabaghead?
He was a forerunner of the likes of Winner, MT etc |

Couple more for the mental melting pot.
Rex Wayne, leader of the pack in the McCann hunting group. Went beyond making unfounded suppositions and just started making stuff up. There was a 'woman' too who had a spectacular falling out with Orioles, which ended with her posting some long words to prove she was intelligent. That guy who wanted to know our thoughts on an impersonator that definitely wasn't him was a bit of a legend. Fresh wasn't weird by forum standards, but his exit was explosive! |
By:
dirtman1 Sparky, the greatest impressionist thread was one of my all time favs.
By:
Is Albion out the nick yet? He was a touch odd at times!
By:
dirtman, ha ha. class.
You're not talking about Zelda are you sparky? I remember Orioles having a go at her once about her use of English and she was a teacher too. A little bit cruel I thought. |
By:
Don't suppose you have a link to the video? Had me in tears every time he had to say the name of the person he was doing...which was every time.
By:
I posted that he was crap on the youtube thing and he sent me an email back saying that I was a no good for just criticising. He was as insane as anyone. All the comments were made up by his own multiple accounts and they were allsaying how good theimpressions were.

Sainsburys basic teabags are spectacular value at 28p, far better than Pg Tips/Typhoo and that carp. You need to listen to some of these people to be fair.
Do any other forums count? Cos Take My Money I Don't Want It, gets my vote, nice chap, wierd though |

Who was that guy nobody had heard of, but who sacrificed himself in the brief Chit-chat v tennis forum war? (Mr Winkle will know).
'Wilson'... imo He had a previous name,I can't remember it, but 'chillin' dude' is lighting up the memory cells. |
By:
Can't find the original but I think this is him. He's even doing teach-yourself masterclasses.

Ah yes, here:

Let me get this right:You people actually remember the characters of up to 100
people, that you've never met, based on a few posts on here? I can pin down half a dozen at most. |
By:
well if 20 people can each remember half a dozen then that'ss over a hundred.
