Why don''''t we get Betfair to take a democratic vote about which forum to keep alive? I don''''t think we''''ll get them to bin the new site but the forum is just different class on the old site and it MUST be kept. Has anyone tried navigating round the new forum - it takes forever and is completely non user-friendly.

Completely agree Billobaggins. New Forum is bloody awful. This one is so much better.
Very user friendly, quick and easy to use, not like that new cumbersome thing !

Dobbo sent me a crate of racing books about 12 years ago before he moved to Brussels, he was in his 70's then kenny mann so I'm thinking he is perhaps no longer with us

Caught out a few posters who used to reply to themselves


What a shame.  No longer will forumites be able to praise themselves, and then in so doing see that they have used the wrong name.  You may remember the classic exchange between Rachel and SUNDANCEKID, which went something like this.

SDK: How you doing, Rachel?

Rachel: Great thanks. And all the better for chatting to you, SDK.

SDK: All the girls say that, Rachel ;)

SDK:  But it's true, SDK. I think I'm falling in love with you.
