Cath, and it's hard to believe this is necessary, do you have any source saying these are confirmed?

When: 28 Jun 09 22:55
no, I just ask, I've been doing repeatedly now for several hours, for you to back up your claim that three glastonbury attendees have been confirmed as having swine flu. Call me all the names you like, I'll still ask you if you can provide a source for this information or were you lying?

Isolation

Isolation?

But not from people near where they live . . .

Why were they allowed to leave an isolation unit at Glastonbury?

I miss these sort of threads.

Someone makes a comment.

Sparky asks for facts and sources

Dobbo steams in with some hard core obscure rapier wit.

Clarky just makes a complete @rse of himself.

Sib asks for simple yes or no.

Clarky gets a life, Dobbo and Sib slope away quietly whilst Sparky is phoning the pentagon and MI5.

Cath slips away undetected whilst Sparky thinks about phoning the batcave.

Sparky ends up arguing with himself producing source and counter source until 4 am and then tells himself he will wait for his own reply in the morning.

Exclusive by Emily Cook 26/06/2009

Glastonbury was on swine flu alert last night after it emerged an infected man is planning to attend.

The unnamed festival-goer, who was confirmed with the virus earlier this week, told his GP that he had tickets.

The Health Protection Agency was informed, but cannot ban the man, from Derbys, from attending.

The festival organiser said: "I have been informed that he may attend Glastonbury."

Meanwhile, tens of thousands of people could be struck down with swine flu each week by the autumn, the chief medical officer Sir Liam Donaldson warned yesterday.

He said he expected a "surge" of cases during the colder months. Over 3,500 cases have been confirmed in the UK, although the true figure is thought to be higher.

As there are now so many cases, only sufferers will now be treated with the antiviral drug Tamiflu. Sir Liam said: "It is still a fairly mild virus."

Meanwhile, fifteen students have tested positive at the University of Exeter. They are reported to be only mildly affected.

The Diocese of Plymouth yesterday warned its churches not to offer wine during Communion to help stop the spread of swine flu.

Why were the three "showing symptoms of swine flu" (not confirmed) allowed to leave an isolation unit, potentially infecting people on the way home?

Sparky the Stalker.

Gave you plenty of source last night which you totally ignored and failed to apologise yet again for calling me a liar.

You'll end up looking silly sparky soon enough when the death toll rises don't you worry. Then I hope you say sorry to me.
