well, i'm intensely interested (obviously) in biblical prophecy when pertaining to christ's return and of course the tribulation period....i suppose you could say i made too much of weinland's old book...bit like what has been promised for today, except i also took on board many prophetical musings on the fall of the good ol' usa ...big big mistake when giving dates on these things and i cant really say our other friend is any worse than myself in ruining things for real christians...
and of course i still believe in the 2nd coming 100 % |
By:
In fairness Tony, don't you believe too much?
By:
Believe what? you know i believe what really matters.Or do you mean I believe too many things, or am taken in too easily? I know the bible says no one knows the day or the hour etc.
By:
You believe what is wrote in a 2,000 year old book, wrote by you don't know who and changed countlessly after the next 2,000 years. Yet you still believe prophecies interpreted by others this book?
I've took the piiss out of this thread for what it is. |
By:
i believe in propheces which pertain to christ, which are found in the ot all over the place, if i believe them, and that jesus is who he says he is, then i have to believe his own prophecies too, so that means hes coming back, maybe not today though...
By:
on saying that i am a little embarrassed by some of the thing i wrote, not so much the stuff which hasnt happened but my general style of writing with some basically carp statements!!
By:
Don't you ever question your belief? How was it wrote? How has it changed? How many times has god spoke to the masses instead of individuals? How small the universe was 2,000 years ago?
By:
Tony its not your fault mate. You believe in these prophecies because of some kind of mind control over the years. You want them to be true because you feel in a minority and want to be self rewarded in some way. Reality leaves much to the imagination or vice verse. I firmly believe the bible is not as factual as you believe.
By:
don't neccesarily want reward, that's the problem, just want a real relationship with the creator.
