I'm sure I've seen one or two of those 6 posting recently.
Miami for example started a thread at 18:33 yesterday, so he's definitely around. Why he's failed to respond to this thread so far - only he knows.

Miami has been on the darts forum every night this week so might not have looked here.

6 quizzers have not let us know their position yet but hopefully they are simply busy working on questions and will get them in by the deadline. Four have been emailed over a week ago.

I've put out a calling Miami thread on the darts forum...

like some i was none too keen at having to do this and as such have left it to the last minute.

so far i have done 11 categories and to be honest, i am quite enjoying doing them so just to let all the other reluctant quizzers know. . . . give it a go! i have spent about 90 mins so far and will probably do the rest on sunday morning. Good luck to everyone else.

Superbob has emailed me. He is in Australia until February so won't be able to play but we can put him on reserve list, and I think he is up for playing the following season.

All Championship players, although Knight would go into the Premier should he come up with the questions as he is first in line and we have lost a couple from that league.

I have 5 of each subject done but no multi choice (I done half of all my Q's on the day of the announcement), only later did I read your T&C's. I'll do double my quota of multi's on my next submission.

Tobermory - we have enough entrants to have three leagues now but will are still awaiting a small number. Deadline is midnight tonight. We will make an announcement in the morning but the main one will be on New Year's Day.

It was a mad rush, but just about got them in :)

Feels like whenever someone asks a question it gets answered by David Cameron. We just wanna know who has submitted the full 48 questions, who has submitted some but not all and who has supplied nothing.

Morning All

The deadline for submitting questions for next season's chit chat quiz leagues has now passed. A few have part forwarded and need to get the remainder in, and one or two quizzers are very nearly there and have promised questions over the next couple of days.

The quiz admin team will now be getting together over the next couple of days to sort out numbers and decide who is in which league (based as much as possible on last season's league structure).

Any questions submitted from now until 31st December will be considered (although not 100% guaranteed) as a potential entrant, but it depends on numbers, so if you still wish to enter do please get them to the relevant admin member as a matter of urgency to secure your place (first come first served basis).

In order to be fair to all those quizzers who have met the deadline, and in order that we can get cracking with the leagues in the New Year, any entrants after midnight of 31st December will under no circumstances count and we will definitely not be accepting any more qualifiers after then.

Thank you to all those who have entered for next season and we will be making our announcement for next season on 1ST JANUARY 2010 on the forum.

Yeah, I remember now. There were no Pot Luck questions in the batch you sent me. Those 3 were missing.

I think I was probably so excited about you being the first person to submit any questions that I forgot to mention it. No matter. You can add them on to the second batch.

Terry, we still want 48 Qs, yes, but if you can't do all 48 by Dec 31, then you can do the rest in the 2nd batch of Qs. Eg, do 24 this week, then the other 24 later.

I've been really busy, but will stay up late tonight to get them finished.

What happened to the Dec 14th, sorry, Dec 28th, deadline? :D

Tevez the 28th deadline was adhered to by 39 players. It is an odd number but to make the leagues work effectively we need an even number. Therefore we are going to recruit a brand new quizzer to the Cola League and give someone else a go who might be interested to make it up to 40. Then have 12 in Premier, 14 in Championship, 14 in Cola as per Nirvana's new thread.
