Recent book out (I'll look it up) contends that we took up agriculture to cultivate grains so we could brew alcoholic drinks. We would still be wandering hunter-gatherers if it wasn't for the addict that wanted more ethanol. Truly we alcoholics have driven the ascent of man. The alcoholic flush is a bit of a giveaway. Used to suffer from it for a few years but no longer. I guess the blood vessels gave up the ghost. Or maybe they went to help the liver.

that's good to hear do wah cos i'm a bloke...though i saw a video a few weeks ago of a wedding / holiday that i was part of that worried me...it was in mexico so that means beaches and poncing around with next to nothing on...i was appalled to see that i am probably a good candidate for a double mastectomy...
