Don't like them. Just end up feeling out of it till bed time comes, at which point you're all alert at 2am.

i'm 40 and it's unbeatable - 20 minutes kip after lunch means i need 90 minutes less sleep at night

one of benefits of working from home

I have a nap EVERY single day.
Just out of bed after sleeping 4 until 5pm.
It is imperative in my life and i have been doing it for around 10 years and am now 47. Its normal and works for me.
Stress reliever and means that i am never tired in a morning even after just 6 hours kip.
Report Gary Binosh November 18, 2009 5:14 PM GMT
