Don't like them. Just end up feeling out of it till bed time comes, at which point you're all alert at 2am.

i'm 40 and it's unbeatable - 20 minutes kip after lunch means i need 90 minutes less sleep at night

I have a nap EVERY single day.
Just out of bed after sleeping 4 until 5pm.
It is imperative in my life and i have been doing it for around 10 years and am now 47. Its normal and works for me.
Stress reliever and means that i am never tired in a morning even after just 6 hours kip.

i used to do it most days after work from about 6-7 cos i go to bed like 1.30 and im up at 7.30

but these days i dont so much, i miss them :(
