An apparent re-hashing of the Regional Quiz.
Anyone welcome, no need to sign up, other than in the minutes before each match. We DO need a team captain though for each team, to pick the question subject for their 'home games'. Quizzes are ten questions long, each question will allow 30 secs for an answer before a skinner. Only one answer per player. Unlimited players per team but MUST be signed in before kick off.
Teams are:
Southern Dandies
**ney Winkers
Heart of England
Northern Monkeys
Gaelic Charm
Jonny Foreigners
These are self-defining, but you can't change teams mid-season.

By the way, I'm thinking of abandoing the idea of specialised subjects for 'home' teams - we only ever had 3 teams nominate, and I completely forgot last week and nobody noticed!

The team, firmly anchored to the bottom of the prestigious Sunday Night Quiz league after a series of catastrophic results were said to be facing liquidation which would mean automatic expulsion from the money-spinning weekly quizzes. Speaking on Radio Fife Life veteran captain of the foreigners , Dobbo, denied that the team were in trouble.

Joe it's 9-11, always has been always will be. Not out of fussiness, but with a team event people need to know where they are. I tried amedning the times one week and the whole world fell apart!
By all means run parrallel comps. The good thing about a team event is it doesn't matter so much if an odd player is missing, unless it's Studyform of course!

I don't think anybody will be affected in the slightest by Sparky's decision to have his league matches when he wants to.It certainly doesn't worry me and I'm probably the only one who has been double booked so to speak...

Sorry for the disaster with the start timings! Was following the NFL and for some reason the play by play coverage can work fine for hours and then just DESTROY my PC! To the extent that it needs an MRI even when rebooted!
