we are gonna book a couple of decent places
ones meant to have a mitchelin star
but there is an area for seafood kbut i want someone else to confirm and the procedures, app you get the seafood from the market, live and then they take you to the restaurant that true?

You can buy all the produce at the resturant - fish/meat vegatables rice etc. etc
Chefs will suggest what can be done with whatever you buy, and then go and cook it

Went there and lived on Pizza Huts and McDonalds !!!!!! Cheap....
Nathan road popular for shops/Bars on the Kowloon side
Use the "Star Ferry" to HK Island instead of the Mtr (Mass Transit railway) or underground/Tube to you and me.. Again cheap and good views
Lots of markets at night and vastly lit up with neon
Overall just venture out.. Amazing place.
