ones meant to have a mitchelin star but there is an area for seafood kbut i want someone else to confirm and the procedures, app you get the seafood from the market, live and then they take you to the restaurant that true? |

You can buy all the produce at the resturant - fish/meat vegatables rice etc. etc
Chefs will suggest what can be done with whatever you buy, and then go and cook it |

and what about the main seafood market/area/restaurant?
is on kawloon or the place to the far right of the map which seems like miles away? |
|

Went there and lived on Pizza Huts and McDonalds !!!!!! Cheap....
Nathan road popular for shops/Bars on the Kowloon side Use the "Star Ferry" to HK Island instead of the Mtr (Mass Transit railway) or underground/Tube to you and me.. Again cheap and good views Lots of markets at night and vastly lit up with neon Overall just venture out.. Amazing place. |
