Cue Card. Whole festival is built around it. Big e/w single at probably an average of about 13.5 and lost of doubles and trebles at smaller stakes but could end up being big if the other leg(s) come in. Most exciting of those is probably a £1.25 ew trixie, (Cue Card 10/1) with Identity Thief (25/1) and Thistlecrack (8/1).
1. Cue Card I've got a load of other bets (Min, Killer Crow, Sempre Medici, Southfield Royale, Yanworth, Thistlecrack, Cause of Causes, Smart Talk, All Yours and Barters Hill) but they all pale into insignificance to be honest. I need at least a place from Cue Card. |
By:
Far Too many to post as have multiple runners in each race.. But top 10 biggest winners in each race are.
Yanworth neptune 25/1 Yorkhill supreme/ neptune 32.0 / 16/1 Min supreme 25/1 Thistlecrack world hurdle 25/1 and 2/1 Nicholls canyon ew CH. 20/1 Limini mares novice 8/1 Un de sceaux qmcc. 5/2 6/4 and evens Shantou village bartlett. 10/1 any race Don cossack gold cup 8/1 Zubayr triumph 20/1 |
By:
Didnt mean prices scoob... but who were giving you the best return overall.
|
By:
Regardless of prices, That's the 10 that will give me the best return out of all mine.

A huge proportion of my book is based around Road to Riches in the Ryanair. I'd be gutted if he doesn't run, and with the money that's come for Valseur Lido in the last few days, I fear I have done my money.
Outside of that: 1. Tombstone in the Supreme (in w/out Min, so I'd be happy if he was second to Min) 2. Black Hercules. Backed him for any race ages ago and topped up for the JLT 3. No More Heroes: Backed him that day of the Albert Bartlett last year Others such as Un De Sceaux, Roi de Francs, Top Notch, Footpad and Outlander would be decent winners too. Betting aside (although I have backed him), I just love Cue Card and really want him to win the Gold Cup. If Sprinter can win the QMCC, the roof will come off the main stand too. Good luck all. |

My 6 of the best.
Min - Different speed, best Novice ive seen in years travel, jump and stay in awful ground. Douvan - Monster, gets the landing gear out well to correct himself, nothing in the race to get anywhere near him. UDS - Jumps a clear round from the front to collect again, few might take him on and upset him but after 3 fences he'll be away and gone. Limini - Love this mare, got some engine, hasnt jumped great but i think should could make 3/4 slight errors here and still win from what ive seen of the rest. Don Poli - Why hes not favourite i dont know, just done enough the last twice but he'll be a diff horse coming off a strong pace up that hill, will win 6/1 unreal EW Ivanovich Gorbatov - forget its last run/put line through it, very weak race/field and if he does what he done when he won on better ground he'll win, not too sure about zubayr's jumping at Kempton, faster pace on better ground might find it out imho. Good Luck All. |

I don't want to put my anteposts down as they are ALL doing well ... the gods will not like it.
|
By:
you've really gone out on a limb there with those tips mr gloves- how did you pick those out?
|
By:
if desoto county wins the county hurdle and leave at dawn wins pertemps i will buy a nice central american republic
|
By:
5 Biggest for me are:
Blue Hell (County) More of That or NMH (RSA) VVM (Mares) Limini (Mares Novice) Zubayr (Triumph) Top one wins then my book is covered plus 100% profit and any of others win then my book is covered by at least 50%. Would most like to see Vautour win the GC. Looks the ground is going to be perfect for him. |
By:
If Moon Racer wins the supreme, i will have enough money to buy Moon Racer.
|
By:
Scooby you must have the best antepost book of all time there! Some bets at some prices fair play. And mine is Nichols canyon
|
By:
I just want to back winners LR losers need not apply

10 Mar 16 16:58 Scooby you must have the best antepost book of all time there! Some bets at some prices fair play. And mine is Nichols canyon Not surprised, half his wages every week since last August has gone towards building it, how many need to win to get that lot back is what I want to know |
By:
I somehow forgot about douvan also. but
Black balled, If there was a list for top 5 losers. I would also have 2 in there, with huge antepost bets on kilultagh vic and faugheen at nice prices. |
By:
1. Djakadam
2. Sempre Medici 3. Vautour (Ryanair) 4. Ballynagour (Ryanair NRNB - hopefully doesn't run) 5. Don Poli Vautour winning the Gold Cup |
By:
Duffy. In answer to your question, i Need 2 of the ones iv listed above or 3 winners in total out of the 21 races I have done to be level.
But I have a hell of alot more horses than that, All my bets are done now And Hoping for the best. Good luck with everyone's horses they've posted on here. |
By:
Had my biggest ever bet on On The Fringe, when it became apparent that the 2nd fave was coming out.
Had a decent amount on Sizing Granite e/w in the C/Chase, and Nichols in the C/H, too. |
By:
Just Thistlecrack at this stage.
Echo the comments about Cue Card (won a Bumper, 4th in a stellar Supreme, 2nd in the Arkle to a monster, won a Ryanair standing on his head, now goes for Gold Cup and £1m bonus, all Grade 1s - and this time last year it looked like the game might be up for him). What's not to like? Having said all of that though, I think I might cry if Balthazar King wins - and I won't have a penny on him! |
By:
Min
Douvan absolute balls deep at 3/1 Vroum vroom mag 4/1 Really fancy Southfield theatre for the 4 miler! Think the first day is always huge sets the trend and you can get some confidence up for the week! Thistlecrack at 8/1 Yanworth at 10/1 Desoto county, diamond King, cause of causes, Diego du charmil are my 4 big handicap hopes |
By:
Min (5), NMH (6) and DC (9) - doubles/treble with singles (free)
Douvan, Thistlecrack, Uds, Vvm and Limini - 4 folds/acca Footpad (18), WDW (25) and Leoncavallo (80) - singles (free) Any from the above, a positive return. |
By:
Buveur Dair 12s and 8s w/out Min and Min 3s in Supreme.
Yanworth 9s win any race Vautour 10s and 7s nr nb Gold Cup Djakadam 14s plus quite a few others. Vautour hopefully given chance he stays on decent ground. Good luck all and enjoy |
By:
Don Poli (GC)
Altior (SH) Vatour in the Ryanair (all NRNB) Some Plan/Kayf Blanco (County Hurdle) Protek Des Flos (Triumph) A Hare Breath (County Hurdle) All singles. I find it hard enough to back one winner let alone do doubles/trebles! |

Garde La Victoire to run in the Arkle rather that the JLT.
Cole Harden to win the World Hurdle. Annie Power to run in the CH as I laid her for the Mares 5 months ago. Killala Quay to win the Novice handicap-my longest price bet that is likely to run. |
By:
@sageform - what price you lay Annie at? I laid her at 2.24 around late December.
|
By:
Not for the first time I agree with Rease Heath, about Cue Card and Balthazar King.
|
By:
I'll cry if Balthazar King wins, because I'll have done my bollocks
|
By:
1. Lily Waugh (Backed it for all of Mares, Coral Cup, Martin Pipe)
2. Yanworth 3. Kruzhlinin 4. Ballyandy 6. Diego du Charmil |
By:
1. SPRINTER SACRE @ 25/1 BETFRED 1/4 1-3 QMCC
2. VYTA DU ROC 33/1 1/4 1-3 betfred RSA 3. Can i add a race as opposed to a horse My Supreme book ALTIOR 10/1 YORKHILL (any race10/1) SUPASUNDAE 20/1 TOMBSTONE 20/1 4th. VANITEUX 20/1 - he is 4th cos i cannot see anything beating Douvan, but if it happens i hope it's this lad that does it 5th. YANWORTH 12/1 - & 9/1 any race The lucky i've placed that im most excited for is YORKHILL 8/1-supreme YANWORTH 2/1-neptune ALPHA DES OBAEUX 7/1-world hdl ON THE FRINGE 5/2-foxhunters BARTERS HILL 3/1-potato & GARDE LA VICTOIRE 16/1-jlt THE GAME CHANGER 25/1-arkle DIAMOND KING 14/1-coral cup ON THE FRINGE 5/2-foxhunters JOSIES ORDERS 5/2-x-ctry YANWORTH 7/4-neptune I have as always loads and loads more but after a very quick look at my file on computer i've picked out those above. I have a few in Churdle at double fig prices from before faugheen was taken out e.g tno and mtoy @ 20s. Just wish i could go to sleep and wake up on Tuesday morning armed with the pw tables and adverts from bookmakers from twitter the night before and take advantage of their giving away of loads a money as they do every year! GL everyone I wish you all well and good fortune for the coming week |
By:
Though forget that first lucky is Yorkhill goes neptune which it now looks like he might! Damn you Mr Mullin's but am not bothered, if he goes neptune i need to replace the supreme book in no.3 with him as i have 16/1 neptune and 10/1 any race
|
By:
LEAVE AT DAWN- BANKRUPCY BECKONS
|
By:
Annie at 2.34 on Dec 16. Price is irrelevant if it doesn't run though. Also laid Faugheen and Douvan at similar prices so only one potential payout now.
|
By:
I laid all them three on the same day too haha, how weird. Will be backing Douvan back on Tues. 1.6 is about the best I can hope for tho
|
By:
Un De Sceaux - so that all those knocking the horse on here before the Arkle last year, can see what a good horse he is
|
By:
only 1 HOSS FOR CHELTS AND THAT IS PEACE AND CO EW GOOD LUCK ALL HAVE A FANTASTIC CHELTS .
