hi lads welcolme aboard ........momentum is building but as said before the more the merrier ,all aboard this train has unlimited room .......... seathestars its 2 separate plunges 1.is the original single handicap plunge, which someone else will have to handle ( marychain did the honours last year can he be contacted and asked to do this years ) and the 2nd is a 3 horse each way multiple ( I am happy to handle this with a bit of help ),doubles and an each way treble , all participents stake what you are comfortable with, if there are enough of us, a nationwide plunge on the selected horses  at a set time  will see very uncomfortable total liabilitys for the books and alarm bells will sound through the industry .if we treat it as a bit of fun then even if the bets go pear shaped its not the end of the world ,but if the bet were to come up , then what a blast that would be ,
we have just over 4 weeks to get this train up to speed at the moment its just pulling out of the station and we need a few more organisers and as many new recruits as we can get to make maximum impact ,if participants can pm other forumites it would be a massive help........... this train is  now rolling and it aint stopping until it hits prestbury park station........................

IN Gents. Can't remember who we were on last year but remember watching the dog we picked come absolutely nowhere! Haha, Foyles the accumulator sounds like a plan too… bookies will have massive liabilities across the board if that comes in!

See i am in too on them both however, i do have reservations about our 'plunge' making any real impact on what is invariably the strongest betting heat in the world! Where 100k bets go unnoticed regularly!

Will be very interesting to see how we all do though! For that reason, i am in!

Nice one roger! Looking forwards to this. Was promising myself to stay well clear of the handicaps this year and especially the bumper, but with this i think i can wave that rule just for the plunge ! lol Crazy

Can't say without seeing a price - sorry to be so arch

Absolutely right Rog. If it's 6/4 when they open up it's no good to man or beast. It amazes me that people
post or expect tips when they don't know the prices.

Bloody disgrace. Haven't you got a criminal record you can call on? Or you could get your doctor to
say you're mental. Or turn up p1ssed on the Tuesday and they'll send you home in time for the Supreme.

I read something once that said no one middle-class does jury service any longer cos they all wriggle out
of it, whereas yer average dosser layabout type is glad of real-life Jeremy Kyle stuff and goes happily.

Just say you're too middle class and you'll be grand Grin

Interesting ... but how many of those taking part above ^^ are the actual bookies we're organising a plung against Confused

Is there going to be a seperate private forum for those that pass the vetting process Devil

I'm in for both.

The best way to do this is to announce an exact time the plunge horse (or plunge horses) will be announced on here. That way we can all make sure we are watching at the exact time and all place the bets immediately
By:
marychain1
When: 08 Feb 14 14:41
Don't put any details on here before the actual announcement - do all communicating by pm
By:
