Big John Parrot is as entitled to be there as anyone. If he can't tip, he will fit in well. The nights are supposed to be a bit of fun.

Hi Willie
Sad stuff especially with it being for charity! Ian is a great lad, has to be one of the best value for the punters at our night. |

Just like at your night, he went out on a limb last year tipping Bobs Worth and he has tipped Our Conor this year.
Great bloke. |
By:
Ah right well fook it let's have Phil the power Taylor and Roy Keane on some panels as well then...
By:
To be fair to John Parrot - I went in with the same attitude as some of the above, the "wtf does John Parrott know". He actually came across as reasonably knowledgeable and put a few good comments into the mixer.
By:
Roy Keane has allegedly said that he thinks Big Bucks will get fooked and if anyone wants to argue then meet him outside

The Power would spend the whole evening name dropping, would claim to be Arkle's closest mucker and Best Mate's best mate.

Abbot - thanks for a good night, certainly more interesting than some of the online versions I've seen and a few of the pundits didn't hold back which always makes it more fun too. Sure you or someone else will post a fuller review in time but the apparent stable confidence behind Djzakadam and Brier Hill has resulted in bolstering my position on those two and also the negativity surrounding almost everything in the QM has led me to further investments in Hinterland. Thought David Pipe and Gordon Elliott interviewed very well and Brian Hughes insight on the jockeys perspectives was also worthwhile. Cheers and hope it was a financial success on the night and for the next few days too - can't wait!
