@Sea the stars....... I have never cursed a horse as much as Sublimity, actually maybe Newmill the previous year Cry. The thing that annoyed me afterwards more is the horse won the Champion Hurdle and then promptly never displayed that level of talent again.

Poet was the outsider who there had been a bit of money for, would have thought they would prefer the Supreme rather than dropping him in at the deep end in the Champion. He had got down to 60/1 on betfair at one stage this morning, he has only run in novice hurdle at Newbury (albeit I was there and thought it was an impressive performance) and he isn't even included on most Champion lists.

Sublimity ran in the Supreme and finished 4th running on after being unlucky in running coming down the hill.
Anyone who watched that race carefully would have noticed that, and could have backed him at huge odds for the CH at the start of the season he won it.

Mick Fitz this morning saying Binocular was absolutely bouncing at home and is heading for a match with the Fly in Irish champ, which is thought to be the plan. Stans just pushed him out to 25s, so, as they were only 20s in shops when 33s online, and now he is 26s on here and 25s both in shops and online, i have decided now is the time to help myself to a little of the 25s.

E/way of course Wink
