Oscars Well-Champion Hurdle
Think he would have won at the Festival but for the mistake at the last and can see him developing into top class hurdler. Earlier wins looked good and at 20/1 with a few above him in the betting who may go chasing he rates a solid each way bet to me. |

Looking forward to Al Ferof and First Lieutenant over fences, plus Spirit Son.
|
|

Watch out for Pittoni next season if he goes hurdling again, He is way ahead of his mark from what I hear, might do a Khyber Kim on it.
|

Lie Forrit gonna make a Top chaser this year, hopefully he's over his injury problems that kept him out all of last season, also looking forward to Rock on Ruby jumping a fence

Not original, but Peddlers in the Arkle.
Has the perfect Arkle profile and think he will be even better over fences than hurdles (touch wood he goes for it) I'd also like to see if Oscar Whisky can put it up to Big Bucks and Bobs Worth in the RSA |
|
By:
Hidden Cyclone. Only negative is his festival bid may flounder if he doesn't get a bit of cut
RSA surely the way to go after his performance over 2m 7 in hs final run last year |

Been a massive Silviniaco conti fan, think hes going to make a very good chaser
|
|
By:
agree brooksie, huge RSA chance, although PFN's mentioned hurdles

Silviniaco Conti is very much the forgotten horse of the hurdling division - he was very impressive when beating Karabak by seven lengths in the Coral Hurdle at Ascot in November, after which I believe Timeform put him up as ante-post bet for the Champion Hurdle. I never truly had him down as a two miler though, and think he is more of a 3m horse. We have yet to decide whether he will go novice chasing but the Ascot race he won last year was worth £50,000 to the winner, so perhaps we will send him there again and consider our options thereafter.

|
By:
From memory, I do not think Sivianaco is that big - I like him too, and whilst size is not everything, and he looks athletic, I wonder if his size may be an issue.
|
|
By:
i think hes an average enough size? i wouldnt imagine he will find fences an issue

spot on reve mate spot on too big in the market too

they were written by a poster called fenwaypark. the forum over there has a thread called 'equine matters and sport of kings' and he writes previews of the saturday and sunday's racing during the jumps season. some good national hunt debate can be found there during the winter months. that preview is very detailed in fairness to him.

top stuff imo ta

the only problem is that you can have a fancy for a certain horse and it can cloud your judgement for the season ahead, in that you may have a fancy for say the gold cup and you can lose focus of other contenders who may have very good claims for the race but you have disregarded them as its already in your mind that you have the winner . may be best to start with an open mind

Big Bucks supporters should take heed^
