Dunguib on his retrieval mission and agree with Fidway, Forpady other than second, hopefully at Down Royal in November as long as ground isn't bottomless, as it was last year.

Somersby for me. Backed him in the Arkle and he ran a cracker. Massive scope for improvement given the size of the horse just don't know what race they will aim him at but i'll be backing him whatever he goes for.

Think Flat Out could be Willie Mullins horse for the Sun Alliance Chase and I'm keen to see where he goes this season

Think the young generation will have a say in the Gold Cup this season. Looking forward to seeing how Long Run does with a full off season's rest behind him.

But TBH I'm like a dog with two dix about the whole thing already and it's still over 6 months off[:)][:)]

Like Roger tho really looking forward to see how Long Run gets on after a proper break and a bit more growing time, thought he did really well last year after a busy season, thought his RSA run was really encouraging and promising for such a young and inexperienced, (to english fences), horse

Mikael D'Haguenet will win the gold cup in two years, hes not going for it this year, seen it canter ruby said its an aeroplane
By:
eric_morris
When: 12 Sep 10 08:47
Think we all know he is an aeroplane it is just that Ruby will always be aboard Nicholls chartered flight to the Gold Cup so Mikael may never get a chance to run in it. Next year Big Bucks has been declared on target for the race does Mikael miss out on Ruby again ... I think so? This horse should have been given a jump around late last season with a view to going for the Gold Cup this imo.
