Just watched the 'fight' and apart from a lack of hairpulling and bad language it could have been two big lasses having a bust up outside the club.

Explain Shrewd
I watched the fight and it was a stinker. Maybe I missed the knockdowns or heavy blows landed by either fighter. LaughLaugh Great result by shyte fight Perfect tactical masterclass put on. The art of hitting without being hit. |
|
By:
ur kidding right? the art of hitting, how many clean punches did fury land?
|
|
By:
at least a dozen or so
Wlad maybe 3 or 4 |

im guessing a lot of the fury haters are now converted? so happy for him and his team. had to work so hard to get the chance. havent seen the fight as i was away. im going to order it later unless anyone can give me a good link for full coverage including interviews?
only planned one bet which was fight to go the distance but did another 2 nights before on fury to win via ko/tko. its refreshing to see him win on pts. with the way boxing is i feared he could win 12 rounds and still lose. but obviously not the case here. did fury take any big punches? was worried about his defence coming in but clearly he must have dealt with the fury jab handy enough? |
|
By:
sorry made an error there - my first bet was fight "not" to go the distance.

It was like watching two men who just staggered out of a pub and fell into a ring for scrap, poor poor fight with little class either side, really is nothing to get excited about, Fury has his belts and title but they mean nothing, Klitchko's legacy is one he shares with many heavyweights in recent years, one bout with a bum after another, beating a 40 year old is nothing to shout about, boxers are always finished by this age.

yep cheers for saving me 20 odd quid! :) if i didn't look here first i would have defo bought it. delighted now

watched it. yes there wasnt as much action as all of us hoped. i blame klitschko. he was so cautious and afraid to let his right hand go. it looked like fury was a few classes above him. i had it 8-4 fury being generous to wladamir.
not many proper shots landed at all. they showed the odds with about 3 rds left fury still 15/8. i probably would have been all over that eventhough i never thought they would give him a decision. but i could never make a case for wlad being anywhere near him on pts. dont know what to expect for the rematch and what klitschko will work on. but im sure we wont see the same fight again, klitschko will have to fight differently which could open up a chance for a knockout |
|
By:
The rematch will be the same pre fight circus, different tent, same clowns and same shyte fight.
|
|
By:
Rematch?....Dont make me laugh ffs.......I wouldn't pay a penny to watch that.Fair play to Fury he did what he could but that other fooker hardly threw a punch.
|
|
By:
had to laugh at klitschko acting like he's doing everyone a favour by going for the rematch. its another snoozefest of a fight with fury winning again for me. wlad is obviously scared to over commit and can't get the jab going. furys just as boring these days mind.
