The biggest stinker since Haye v Valuev and Wlad v Haye.

The biggest punch was landed at the start of the fight when they touched gloves and there was less than FIVE meaningful punches landed all fight.

Glad Fury won though and rid Boxing of Boring Clinchkos.

Eddie Hearn will be seething that Fury stole AJ's thunder. LaughLaughLaughLaugh

I think there was a mandatory rematch clause in the contract. So I suppose a lot depends on Wlad's attitude going forward.

FURY THANKS THE LORD!

The new champion is all smiles and why wouldn't he be!

"My destiny has come true tonight. I was born August 12, 1988 27 years ago. The Lord Jesus had this day planned for me and in the might name of Jesus, I won this tonight.

"I frustrated him, showboated and showed him stuff he'd never seen. Nobody comes to Germany and plays with the heavyweight champion like that. Only in America, but tonight we're in Germany!"

Explain Shrewd

I watched the fight and it was a stinker.

Maybe I missed the knockdowns or heavy blows landed by either fighter. LaughLaugh

Fury's song at the end was awful but more entertaining than the fight LaughLaugh

Westender is correct, I've no idea what the euphoria is about, fury thinks he's just beat a 25 year old Ali, it's a old 40 year old warhorse who was on the edge of retirement anyway, about 7-8 years past his peak.

Very pleased for Fury.

After all the hype this was another PPV full of tripe.

Pac v Money a stinker, this was a stinker and boxing fans the loser yet again.

The best thing is that Wlad's legacy will be a boring jab, jab, grab man with multiple losses to fighters not found in the Hall of Fame.

Got a few mates round to watch this fight and they were raging.

The fooking wrestling provides better entertainment roared a few. LaughLaughLaughLaugh

So Wlad's using the re-match clause. Probably back in Germany.

Fury's going to be a very rich man.
