Aston Villa v Newcastle
Both clubs have made an unbeaten start to the season and Newcastle currently occupy fourth spot with Villa sitting two points behind in eighth. However, whilst the Magpies have recorded two wins, Villa have drawn three of their four games.

Opta stats show that Alex McLeish's side have suffered just one league defeat at home in the last ten, winning five and drawing four. Over that period, they have failed to score just twice and seen only seven goals put past them.

Newcastle have averaged a point per game in their last ten on the road, finding the net six times whilst conceding 11. Yet, Alan Pardew's team have given up just one strike so far this season and a solid defence has been their foundation.

Villa have won five of the last six fixtures at home to Newcastle. However, prior to those victories, the Claret and Blues had an appalling Premier League record against the Tynesiders with just one other home win from 11 previous encounters.

Take both sides to remain unbeaten by backing The Draw at 3.6. Seven of Newcastle's last ten in the league have been level at the interval so the Draw/Draw Half Time/Full Time Result may offer greater value at 5.4.

Just three of Villa's last 10 home games, and three of Newcastle's last 10 away matches, have seen more than two goals. Opta inform us that the last two meetings at Villa Park have ended with only one goal, so Under 2.5 Goals appeals at 1.95.

Bolton v Norwich
Following a 4-0 opening day victory at new boys QPR, Bolton were thoroughly beaten in their subsequent three games, conceding 11. Norwich, meanwhile, remain winless since their return to the top flight with two draws and two defeats.

Bolton have lost their last four at home in the league, shipping an average of three goals per game - despite possessing the sixth best home record in the Premier League last season. In 14 away league fixtures in 2011, Norwich have lost only three.

Yet, Opta reveal that the two teams have met in league competition at Bolton five times in the last 15 years, with the Trotters taking the spoils on each occasion. It may pay to back Owen Coyle's side to return to winning ways at 1.84.

Norwich have failed to score in just three league games since the turn of the year and having given Chelsea a run for their money, Both Teams To Score and Over 2.5 Goals - each around 1.9 - look solid bets, with 9.4 about a 2-1 Correct Score.

One rather interesting Opta fact is that Norwich have conceded a penalty in each of their four matches this season, with the East Anglians also picking up two red cards. A Penalty Taken should be around 3.6 with a Sending Off above 4.0.

Everton v Wigan
Everton's opening game defeat to QPR was their first home loss for 11 games, having dropped just eight points at Goodison Park going back to December last year. Since then, David Moyes' men have managed to re-stabilise with a win and draw.

Wigan's seven game unbeaten run in the league came to an end last weekend at the hands of a rampant Manchester City. That was the Latics' fourth away defeat in 10, having otherwise secured two wins and four draws on the road.

Following last season's goalless draw, Everton have won only three of six Premier League encounters with Roberto Martinez's side at Goodison - though Opta show that they continue to lead the overall head-to-head with six wins to Wigan's two.

Everton's midweek rest as Wigan crashed out of the Carling Cup to Crystal Palace may play an important role in this contest. Three of Wigan's league fixtures so far have been against promoted sides and the Toffeemen will offer a far sterner test.

Wigan have failed to score in four of their last eight away games and Opta stats highlight that the Merseysiders have allowed the joint-fewest shots on target so far this campaign and have scored 12 in their last eight home fixtures.

Back Everton -1.0 on the Asian handicap at 2.02, with a 2-0 Correct Score at 8.4. Leon Osman has scored four goals in his last six home games for Everton and has previously struck twice in this fixture. He is 10.0 to be First Goalscorer.
