Why is betfair poker so rubbish - tried entering a competition came up with error message and decided to take my money even though I wasn't able to enter the competition. Now that is rubbish - I want a full refund so I can cash out and leave Betfair. RUBBISH!!!

I've sent screenshot to customers services. A disgrace that it keeps taking your buy-in. I registered 6 times for a 5-seat tournament!

If they didn't steal my money I would have bet on a win, the used that to bet on a win - etc. Will you please reimburse me for all of this money that I would have won if you wouldn't have 'borrowed' from my account? Merry Easter

Managed to get my £7 refunded within 15 mins luckily but still a joke, when are we going to be able to play betfair?
I wonder what the Gambling Commission would have to say about this.
Why wasn't the site shut down quicker - I'm assuming you have IT department monitoring issues? OR ARE YOU TOO INTERESTED IN MAKING A PROFIT AND NOT REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING!!!
Why does my account shows numerous transaction of which I haven't consented too?
In my opinion this could be considered as fraud/theft on the basis that you have stolen my money.
Betfair you need to redeem yourselves by ensuring to your customers that they will receive there money and be compensated for the unnessary issues.
Where is you IT department with the relevant Risk Strategy for when cases like this happen. Contigency plans etc... Pull your finger out and SORT THE ISSUE OUT!!!

Just raised a PayPal Dispute and withdrawning all the money I have deposited!! Recommend everyone do this so we cause them some pain!!! See how you like it!!!
