always difficult to work out at this stage but does anyone have an idea where the cut-off point will be for getting in? I'm hoping Theatircal Star gets in and he's currently number 63 on 10-2

MC, Soll would be first in, off his highest present rating. I think (though not certain) it goes to a draw for those currently on the same rating, being Royale Knight, and Ely Brown.
I think that would make RK 46, or 47 on the list, and I reckon more than a fortnight from the race, you'd feel pretty sure he'd get in from there......well I hope so anyway as I've bet both RK, and Ely Brown |

I've just backed Raz De Maree 66/1 NRNB. Trouble is that he's also in the Irish National. Could have a chance if it goes soft 66/1 is fair.

I agree about Raz de Maree, if it goes soft then it's got a great chance. Got to be a big question about it turning up though, it would be a gamble to skip the Irish national and then get balloted out. Deffo worth a bet at 66/1 NRNB with the weather forecast

I backed Goonyella last year and ended up being reserve and missing out. Not a lot between Him and Raz De Maree but the latter is higher up the list and double the price. If (and it's a big if) they both get in then I'd give them both a decent shout.
