I hope you had a great weekend.  Everything is really hectic for me today, so it's straight to business.

Today we are starting our new daily selection called THE BANKER!  I've tried to upload results from the start of June up to yesterday's result for this daily tip so you can see for yourself, but the photo is still waiting approval from Betfair after uploading it last night.  I've emailed them and the selection is for this evening anyway, so fingers crossed it gets cleared okay.  As soon as the results pic gets approved I'll post the tip and explain more about it, hopefully in the next hour or so.

On to our daily dutch bet, and today I think we've narrowed the field enough to grab a decent 10% ROI.

Yesterday's DOTD narrowed the field down to the first and second horse, which gave us our third winning dutch bet this week. 

The strike rate for these dutch bets is vital to us coming out in profit if we bet with level stakes. Of course if loss recovery is applied there are many different combinations to keep you always in profit, and given the win loss sequence for these bets, generally with very little exposure.  Well depending what you're used to of course.  To really prove the effectiveness of narrowing the field as we do with our ratings and the filters we apply, between now and the end of this year when I will reset the conversion, we are aiming to get closer to 90%, which will put is in profit with no loss recovery at level stakes if this is achieved.

So let's hope fate is on our side again today and we bring home another winning dutch bet!

Remember from next week we launch THE BANKER!  This is our daily win and place bet with has the most in hand, and favoured as the horse with the best chance of winning on the day.  The success for this over the last couple of months for us has been tremendous, backing both in the win only and place market you can steadily increase you investment.  So we are looking for our current trial form to translate to Betfair blog form.  I'm confident it will, and will post the results we have to date on our website prior to starting it on the daily blog, so you can all see what profit it's made to date.  Exciting times!

Today's race we have just one running horse not covered in the dutch bet due to a non runner.  This is the bottom rated horse, which is currently not reflected in the odds market.  So taking this out we can still get a great ROI if one of our greatly narrowed field comes home the winner.

A great day all round today, and we needed that!  Some very juicy ROI's on our double dutch bets today, and clear winners made my day completely!

Well a poor start to the week hopefully means things are about to take an upward turn for the better.  I'm putting up two dutch bets today in the hope we claw back some profit from yesterday.

Just to quickly mention I'll be adding a new free tip each day from next week called THE BANKER.  I think the name gives it away, but I've got over a months worth of results showing P&L at flat stakes which I'll post before we start.  I'll expand a lot more on this later this week, but for those looking for one or two bets each day to give a monthly hedge fund style profit, this could be what you're looking for, best of all it will always be free to my Betfair blog followers and members of my website.

I'm disappointed the conversion isn't a lot higher, as my daily average covering a lot more races throughout the day reads better than this.  It's just sods law that some of the dutch bets I've posted on the blog have been beaten by a nose, or just not performed as predicted.  The best way to capitalise on these bets in my opinion is set a daily target and stop when you're there.  We provide enough dutch bets to our members throughout the day to keep going and recover if they encounter a loss, whereas on here obviously you have to wait until the next day.

So with THE BANKER and a DOTD, plus a couple more ideas I have in the pipeline, blog followers will have more to go at throughout the day coming soon.......

Well there is no bets over the weekend until the football season returns.  I leave the DOTD for Mon-Fri only!

As for yesterdays bets, it was voided due to the A rated horse Quite a Thing rearing up in the stalls and being taken out just before the off.  So anyone following this bet should have immediately cancelled the bet on the B rated horse Ballyea.   This would have given you a small hedged profit before the off, but you would have had to be quick!  Otherwise you had a greatly reduced losing single win bet placed, which you still could have hedged off in the first thirty seconds to a minute of the race.  So that bet was a strike for us unfortunately, no loss, but just disappointing to have waited all day for it!

A football selection will be sent out to my members today, and our ZH Ratings have been greatly improved to give so many more options for how to use them, we have a busy weekend ahead indeed!

The weather played a huge part in yesterdays results across the country, which affected the going and produced some unpredictable results.  We managed to bag the second and third place horses for those who back our selections e/w, but we were on the wrong end of a losing dutch bet!  We are dealing with so many variables which have to be accepted as part of the game we are in unfortunately.  Looking at today's weather, and I'm up nice and early to do so, I'd say things look a bit steadier than yesterday so we should be good for no upsets (well as much as you can tell on this soggy island).  Overnight we should be looking at Good to Firm at Chepstow for today's Dutch of The Day, which should help one of our selected horses do the business.  As a word of advice, if the heavens open up again like yesterday, I'd hedge out of the dutch bet, write the day/bet off, hold onto your money and look to tomorrow's racing instead.

Onto today's selection, just two horses in this four horse affair, but on the ratings and speed figures these two stand out, and the ROI makes it an appealing dutch bet.  With Seb Sanders for Sir Mark Prescott on our A horse, and Dane O'Neil for Richard Hannon on the B rated selection, we should be on the best two in this race!
