It's a strange thing blogging on Betfair, it's rewarding and enjoyable, but you also feel you could be reaching more people regularly.
I can have over 1500 views one day and pick a winner, then at the weekend when I select my football lay trades it ranges from anything like 5 views to over a 100, but mostly after the event so most views have missed the tip.
I Facebook and Twitter my tips also, so a lot of other people and members to my website get these, but the Betfair blog followers will more often miss these weekend football selections.
I'm not moaning by the way, far from it as I adore blogging my tips on here, and I'm still coming down from the Grand National high, but it would be great if there was an alert for people who want to follow all my tips and just keep missing them. Maybe as it's a new blog their will be something in the pipeline!
I've tried pushing my free sms alert on here for when I blog, and had a couple of hand full's of emails asking about it, but I would imagine given the number of emails I get against the followers and views I have at the weekend, that most people are missing my football tips on Saturday or Sunday. Not everyone mind, a big thanks for the positive emails from my followers who've been in touch.

Good man stoozbet, it makes perfect sense. I just want to make sure everybody gets the info, as it's a long term system. So if you miss the highs, if there are any duffers you stay ahead if you've been following all the selections.

I wouldn't worry too much or trust the view counter on your post. If you follow the blog & visit then it takes you to the blog with all the posts listed one after another in their entirety. I think Betfair only count it as a view if you actually click on the title of the blog post to go into the post like you have to if you want to comment. This means that most people won't actually click on to view the post because they can just see it on the overall blog link which is http://community.betfair.com/zerohype/blog
I would say that the actual number of views is many times more than the view counter on betfair. Also the National post was linked to directly from the Betfair advert so nearly all visits would have been counted by the view counter in that instance.
