- All selections must be posted prior to the official start time of the first qualifying race of the day (1hr rule still applies).
- No duplicate selections allowed.
- No reserves or unnamed horses allowed.
- No 'Rest Day' allowance: those who don't post will automatically lose a point.
- Once posted, a selection may only be changed if it becomes a non-runner, or is a duplicate and as long as the above rules are still met.

Imnotmean meant it today as he jumped 5 places into 19th with a singing 7/2 winning nap
 ,NB was NEW GOLD DREAM who jumped 4 places into 11th with an enobled 85/40 success while, happysandwich held station in 5th and Sir Rembrandt moved up to abut the podium, both with odds-on naps. Hale-Bopp's double-figured effort was narrowly pipped into 2nd. Extremely UL there. Thanks once more to Knight Commander for keeping this competition going although the powers at the top do not seem to appreciate the work done my all the people running the competitions here. Typical big company not being aware of what their customer base want.
