It's not often you hear about Encke, most notably because he hasn't won yet this month. That changed today, with Chanceawetmorning  earning him a handsome 11/2 and shooting him from the bottom to 22nd. Cool

Plenty of activity at the sharp end, meanwhile, with Kohoutek finding Torneo  at 4/1 to leap into the places at third. Grin  Bit of a ding-dong going on, with Shaboombaby creeping into fifth with a 9/4, Sergeant Attarms doughtily holding position in fourth with a 13/8, and Baracouda clinging on to second by his fingertips with a shortie - seventh straight now.

Elsewhere, Herschel rose to eighth with Harpy Eagle  at 7/2, Happy  leapfrogging swift-tuttle, stuck in ninth despite a 2/1, while another odds-on actually managed to shoot madhatter up six to 14th! Shocked
