The challengers are advancing on our winless leader. There's Catalina charging up to joint second with Edwin Hubble  at a plump 9/2, Cool  and Kohoutek elbowing his way up to share second with an 11/4, the same winner shooting Baracouda up to sixth. Grin  And of course Darley Abbey, slipping to fourth but still keeping up the chase with an odds-on, fifth straight.
 
Other wannabes are also forming a disorderly queue a little way behind: the same 11/8 pushing fenderswoop to seventh and halcyon days to ninth, Happy  sandwiching Even Steven, up to eighth with a 5/4.
 
Elsewhere, sing when ur winning races up to 12th with a 6/5 and there are shortie wins lifting Major Ballsup to 20th and Halley to 24th.
