Biggest price of the day was grabbed by Draw1 who advances 6 places into 2nd with a tremendous 11/1
 find. Not far behind him comes Steve Voltage pulling off an 8/1 touch. Very nice guys. Lastly, Corporal Clutterbuck notched a 7/4 first place. Going close was Her Indoors with a good price effort. I am the one and only223 Parisiac - 4.40 Ayr cheers imlac A farmer in the borders had a magnificent bull that was getting on in years. He wanted to breed another bull calf to replace the bull so he scoured the country to find just the right cow. After a lot of searching he found what he wanted in a farm in Ayrshire so he bought it and took it home to the bull. After a month the cow had still not become pregnant so the farmer kept a close eye on the two of them and eventually realised the problem. Every time the bull tried to mount the cow, she would move a bit to the side or take a step forward making it impossible for the bull to do the business. He went to his vet for advice. After he explained what the problem was, the vet asked "Did you buy the cow in Ayrshire?" The farmer was amazed. "How did you know I got it in Ayrshire?" The vet said, "My wife comes from Ayrshire." |
