Elsewhere, Even Steven lands a 6/4 to inch up to eleventh,  while there are shorties for Caro Kann, edging up to fifth with his seventh straight winner, and Darley Abbey, seven winners from ten this month and nipping up to ninth.

I think sometimes it goes straight to the moderator, but other times they will pull it sometime after, a guess as to what triggers it.

well there sh ould be some way of them telling you at least why its been pulled, because i cant see anything obvious

maybe the mods are just extracting the proverbial. nothing much to do, hot day ...
