A veritable flurry of scores - and a new leader! The battle up top takes a big turn with halcyon days zipping ahead on Shimmering Sands at a meaty 4/1, moving £3 clear of his stayathome rival.
That's four winners hal has landed in eight days, three of them at very nice prices. Let's hope this doesn't end here! Unlikely with three weeks to go.
But two others scored more. Herschel moves into the chasing pack, up to fourth with Thornaby Pearl at 11/2,
while N-east Correspondent gets off the mark with Diamond Ali at 5/1 to zoom up 12 to - 12th! 
Elsewhere, b]adamanty[/b] climbs to 17th with a 7/4 but Lampus slips to ninth despite an odds-on.
