a late selection (i.e. one posted less than 1 hour before the stated off time) is treated as a no selection which uses up a rest day or, if rest days are already exhausted, will be automatically settled as -1.

I noticed there was a situation where an email was posted after the 1 hour mark, don't know the circumstances but can you clarify the rule...If i email within 1 hour of the start will it comply ? or does it depend when it wa actually received ?  Thanks
