It was late last month that our esteemed Premier settler lmlac told us about his napping woes. April 26 last year was his last score, meaning more than 300 losing selections since, right up until today. Agathon at 100/30 finally put an end to his agathon and he no longer lurks on the floor of the table like some deep-sea monster. He's up all the way to 12th, sunlight finally streaming on his face. Of course, it might be that the success means he has already seen the the light and plumped for slightly less exotically-priced nags to score. Whatever, a day to celebrate!
Mmmmm, when's the next one coming I wonder? (Note to self: better stop laying him now!)
while a 6/5 edged MOB up to sixth.
