oh lol I was almost selecting against him until I found out they are down to seven runners. He wouldn't be my star but he has run some cracking races. A bit like Art Power imo?

Thanks dessie I didn’t the combination of 5f against an out and out sprinter two stars and the best sprinter in Ireland my mate alfie along with been away from his beloved curragh were enough reasons ,hopefully he will win a couple more races this season and I think he will ,hope the owners have a go at royal ascot I’m sure they would love it.

7 scores out 16 was certainly a move in the right direction I wont be asking for a repeat cant help greed take over even though I know you will be aiming for it guys and we are all aware of New Kid on the block Nawshans part in this round Well its half-time in the comp ....no oranges Im afraid just got get back into that good decision making groove  Talking of decision making I have some sympathy for Kieran yesterday In what might prove to be a very good 2000gns He had a few seconds to decide to go or not & gets beaten a neck We have all day to make our final decision & how many times do we make the wrong 50/50 decision Im sure when I was 24yo I got plenty wrong Also sure his experienced bosses words will ring for many years to come  |

Wise words el capitano split decision shoemark had to make but he's on a 10f horse winner a 12f so he probably thought he would have had the pace to just leave his run slightly to pass the 12f horse with one sweeping run. That winner is no plodder its gears were a little better. I think we all curse our jock at times when we back them, I don't think he would beat that winner if they ran the race today!!
