Interesting that fate decreed a plague on all your houses as snippy and sagey snapped at each other over how a non-runner would affect their battle to grab the fifth promo spot! Sorry guys, you both lost out as another player crashed the party at the last minute.  More of that later. But first, huge congrats to bluebook, ascending as champion with a £39 profit. He had four winners, all in the first half, two of which were 33/1 and 12/1. Nuf said!  Good to see lux go up in second, with a £17 profit. He did it in style today with a final winner, Pretence at 9/2, after notching five other chunky winners including a 9/1 and 7/1. In third is a runner from the great KC stable, travelling man, who sealed the month's highest strike rate of 48% with another odds-on today, his sixth on the bounce! In fourth is today's big surprise, Moose, who banged in Star Guest at a handy 4/1  to upset the promotion applecart. Third in five, a final flourish! That's the way to do it. And finally, one of my runners, Wonder Boy, fallen on hard times after some stellar performances in the distant past upstairs. Maybe he is recapturing his mojo. Hard luck snippy and sagey, but it'd be great to see you pick up the battle next month. And hard luck to everyone else, but many thanks for all your contributions to maybe not a stellar month but a competitive one. I reaiiy hope to see you all back with us for July.
