Nothing to do with the name, that's just the way I have always posted on any competition. Nobody has ever raised it before. Sorry it has caused you such a problem that you felt the need to raise it.
Just wondered why I am bottom. Is that due a little penalty for bad posting? |

differentdrum I’m not Imlac but I thought I would try and help.
Under the Rules of the competition, if several competitors have the same total, those who have used a lower number of rest days are placed higher than those who have used more. So in your case, the other players with the same total as you haven’t used any rest days, whereas you've used one. With regard to the posting format, I’m pretty sure Imlac and the other settlers use some kind of algorithm or automated process to pick up our daily selections, so if you post in the format …… Soldier Of Fortune - 3.50 Curragh …… the automated process picks up the selections without Imlac having to go through them one by one manually. I hope that helps a bit. |

Well done sof. Yes, the process is automated. We use a spreadsheet that automatically imports the thread and picks up the selections. It's fairly versatile but there are limits, which is why we ask for selections to be posted in a certain style. When I started we had to do everything manually. It took ages, with plenty of scope for mistakes. Drove me mad.
