Tony Corleone and nawshan make a lovely couple, as they proved today by both going for City Escape to earn a solid 9/2. Which means they're still together, but now up to 13th and 14th respectively.

Another to score well was madhatter with Pocket The Profit, which left his pockets bulging with a 4/1 profit and a swift rise of six to ... sixth!

Not exactly spoilt for choice today, with the weather leaving us just the one meeting and a host of abandoneds, including our leader. But in any case it'll be a while before he's troubled by anyone, not even ROVING REPORTER, who nipped up to second with a 9/4, his fifth in six.

Let's hope Jack Frost leaves something for our doughty band of Sunday searchers. Best of luck.
