bluebook consolidated his second place handsomely with Neil's Well  at 9/2, his third in four. Another 9/2 winner was suffolkpunch, on Irish Sovereign,  to climb to fourth.

scissors struck again with a 5/2, his sixth in nine, to nip up to seventh,   while a 2/1 edged SPY OF JACKDAW CASTLE up to 12th.

NonVintage and timberman bagged the same 11/8 without moving anywhere. Treesome inched up to 15th with a 6/4 and our leader halcyon days added an odds-on to his pot. Actually more like an odds-off because of a small R4 penalty.
