PREMIER DIVISION FINAL TABLE FEBRUARY 2022

Storming through from mid division comes Sir Rembrandt who takes the title with a 40/1 bolt from the blue. Wow! A last day throw of the dice that paid off handsomely. I believe it's his first title after many years of trying!

Unlucky in second was BinocularsNotNeeded who found another hail mary winner at a fantastic 20/1 . So nearly 2 titles in a row for him.

Also worth mentioning in dispatches was pumphol. who jumps 17 places into 5th pulling off an 8/1 touch.

So near and yet so far were smirnoff2therescue , panglima and Moose with good price efforts.

Guesser? Maybe? But a slightly educated one. Would I have picked it on Feb 3rd, probably not! Would you prefer I pick a 1/5 shot to consolidate mid table?

Watch the horse's FTO run at Newbury, showed a lot in a better race than todays and went into my (very limited)"notebook" as a probable for a future hcp somewhere.

With most (Tipsters) just trying not to be relegated and just 5/6 points between 3rd and 20th coming into last day, perhaps everyone should just put up the same 1/7 shot everyday and just have a final day shootout. A rather pointless competition imo with far too many playing tactically just to not risk losing a point.
A rather sad state of affairs.
Thanks for the organisers hard work, you deserve a better effort from competitors and I think you need to change the rules, especially the number of Odds On shots that can be selected each month with no rest days, the organisers have to work Sundays so should the Tipsters.
