Good evening team hope everyone is enjoying aintree I can tell you facilities are different class to Cheltenham they have done a great job since the last national with crowds it’s superbly organised.
Going for champ tomorrow bit worried about the probable lack of pace but both the track and the stables form are pluses,thyme hill is a good horse but yard don’t have big race winners anymore. Good luck everyone tomorrow as always a race we should cherish. |

Well I am sure we certainly didnt see that coming
jimnast apart, together we all had an off week but its a 14 weeks comp and we are bound to have 2 or 3 off weeks in that spell so its best to get one of them out of the way early on Its just a reminder as to what it feels like to miss out  Just to rub a bit of salt into the wound we have been passed by The Humbugs who were obviously singing late into the night Remember guys its a Fun comp so lets enjoy the next few weeks |

Exactly captain it’s a fun comp regarding my contribution of 8 points I am embarrassed to collect them what an overrated horse champ is I couldn’t believe he managed to creep into third as for thyme hill the owners are showing great loyalty to the trainer.
Anyway both Cheltenham and Newmarket this week so plenty of chances to get back up the table. Good luck everyone  |

Well I will kick the week of with one tonight in the 8 o’clock eglish each way ,not the most consistent horse but has the ability if on a going day 22 on here and around 18s with the firms I thought he had a better chance than that.

Hi jimnast well that race wasnt run to suit with the wide draw so he ended up stuck really
then it became a front runners affair which just scuppered everything ... hard lines I thought I posted twice last night but nothing 'landed on here' Spent a few hours in the Cinema with Sonic 2 yesterday sorry but not even a one star from me I couldnt even drop off to sleep still the kids enjoyed it Off to look at todays cards now |

Hi captain yes the draw played a part last night and the leaders never came back there is a view from the pundits a high draw is a big disadvantage at Dundalk I take the view that’s built into the price however in many races I don’t think it’s a handicap,however in that race it certainly appeared to be ,all in all eglish is not really very reliable.I’ve enjoyed Dundalk over the winter but am ready for the flat turf now.
