Mega congrats to our worthy Champion who soared from there straight into pole with an astonishing 40/1 winning nap
Congrats also to his fellow promotees motseel, exactaman, Lampus and Aquarius who join him in Division One.
Quite a few other winners today including undecided at 9/4, majorupshotbagley at 13/8 (spoiled by being a deadheat) along with Lampus, dukeofpuke, Theresa Croude and JRAS who landed odds-on shots.
pcgoody, suffolkpunch and several others tried their luck with high-priced efforts but twas not to be this time. Kudos for trying though guys.
Today's hard luck story without any doubt belongs to Poppydog. He posted the wrong horse and because of the Last Day rules was unable to correct it. As a result he missed out on an 8/1 winner which would have seen him promoted.

Maybe lost promotion because of the rules, disallowed post before all racing began today.
I understand and am happy to stand by it, but can you clarify the reason for the rule?
(Made an posting error and corrected it immediate next post in the thread - 20mins before 1st race and 3 hours before my race).
I comprehend the reasons for the other rules on the last day.

It was introduced the last time we reviewed the rules but to be perfectly honest I don't really remember the reason behind it.
Best guess is it was to stop people reacting to rival selections in a sort of final day free-for-all.
I'll ask around and see if anybody else knows.

Yes I would allow you to reselect if you accidentally picked a nap which had already been posted.
