For someone supposedly incapable of making decisions, undecided made an amazing one today! Cowanbunga! Tawaafoq  (sounds vaguely rude doesn't it?) came home at a blistering 22/1! So guess who our champion is? Yes, it's the man full of doubts vaulting 10 places to the summit. Amazing and huge congrats on a stunning performance.

So here's the thing: if you'd suggested up until four days ago that the doubtful one would be champ people would have rolled on the floor with laughter. He had not scored a single winner. But then came a 25/1 stunner followed by today's big bang. Just two wins and he's in profit by £22, an amazing coincidence considering today's result. Who says there's no poetry in napping?

I shall miss our great competition stalwart. I can't recall how long he has been down here with uas, patiently waiting for his big moment. Sad to seed you go undy.

Congrats too to the four others about to taste the delights upstairs (watch out for that KC though, I hear he's one mean dude!):

elvissss, who also had just two winners this month, but when one of them is at 33/1 and the other an 11/2 it's not so surprising;
Charles Calthrop, a relative newcomer to this parish who put in a few more winners but was another to benefit from a 22/1 bazooka a couple of days ago;
Reged. Who? Oh me, up again, the proverbial naps comp yoyo. No real biguns in my locker sadly. Best I could do was an 11/1 mid-month;
madhatter, who I am also very pleased for. Great competitor and fun to boot, good to see him off to greater things. A 9/1 and 6/1 were his highlights along with a 6/1 yesterday.

Hard luck to kkkatt, who mis-timed today's selection but it would have lost anyway. He would still have made it but for our champ's knockout punch.

Special mentions for learning thegame, who had the month's highest strike rate of 52%, Storm Alert, a new arrival with an odds-on winner today , who had the second highest strike rate of 47% with seven winners in  the last nine, and Longshot Louie, who sadly didn't make it despite a 33/1 stonker mid-month.

Hard luck to everyone else but many thanks for taking part: wouldn't be a comp without you and I hope you all return refreshed for anther month's losing, SORRY, winning!

And many thanks as usual for your messages today, some of which were very nice indeed. Just how long HAVE I been stewarding Div 3? I haven't a clue.
