Wow! Another bonkerooni means we have yet another new leader! But before I get to that fantastic news, I have something else important to say.

That is to apologise to panglima for missing out his excellent winner yesterday. Not on purpose I assure you as it made a good story much, much better. pangy was a third napster to pick the 8/1 Victory Chime,  which shifted him up to 16th. But my eyesight doesn't get any better and in the late evening, trying to do this and watch tele at the same time (it being late 'n all, ya get me?) I sadly missed it. So pangers wondered on today's thread if he had become persona non grata. Noooooo. We love you pangy! Heartfelt apologies for missing you out.

Okay, now I've got that off my chest, back to the big news of the day. Only three days after the morning leader hurled a humdacious 33/1 into the mix, our first big bazooka of the month if I recall correctly, we've got another one, courtesy of elvissss. What did he know eh? Enough to earn another 33/1 from The Abbey  and zoom 19 places to the summit! There he sits now, seven squidlies off the man he dethroned. Fantasticolio.

Until that result came in I thought I would be giving myself a big pat on the back for my super lucky effort. Vitesse Du Son  won at 11/1, sending Reged up eight to fourth. Mahveluss.

ease scored his second on the bounce, Ordered Lives  at 7/2, to climb four to 11th.   Elsewhere, we had a 15/8 from Charles Calthrop - second on the bounce but he slid to eighth -   a 7/4 for six_six_six that pushed him up one to tenth, a 6/4 for PAT'S PLAYTHING, who also matched Charlie's slide into ninth, and odds-ons for NEW GOLD DREAM, down to fifth, and learning thegame, down to sixth.

Not a bad day's work all told. Well done peeps. Best of luck Thursday.
