The top 25 at the end of the month should become the permanent members with no relegation. This would make for a more exciting competition as ,not only would it keep out riff-raff like Skinto,but it would mean we could all pick long-shots with no fear of relegation.
In the long-term as we become household names worldwide we should be able to merchandise our stuff to mugs...sorry fans...in the far east and the USA.

So unkind skinto. We would of course allow in a few others by invitation. Whether that would include yuo you is another matte. Certainly not if you don't behave. 
It would certainly stop the tantrums of people who would have been relegated resigning. And there wouldn't be the need to look for potential abandoned meetings,potential non runners or 1/10 shots.
