A lively start to the month, led off by new recruit the dealer, who bagged Bert Kibbler at a splendiferous 9/1.

Hope it's the first of many and an inspiration for anyone else who cares to join us. You'd be more than welcome, any time of your choosing.

He is followed by Monte Christo, who narrowly missed out on promotion last month. He struck with Hilltop Supreme at 15/2.

Then I am delighted to see madhatter get a chunky score, Do Not Disturb at 7/1.

He is followed by panglima with a 13/8 and three odds-ons for Reged, learning thegame and NEW GOLD DREAM.

* scissors, thanks for your message. As a result I have retired madrigal. Sad, if what you say is correct, but I prefer to think he just got bored and drifted away. Not saying that's right though.
